Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

 All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 Shipping is via Australia Post.

 This excludes Handmade Earrings which can take up to 2 weeks to be made by hand and shipped out.

 Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 Free shipping Australia Wide on any Wall Art purchase.

 Free local pickup is available - collection is from Gisborne, Victoria 3437 at an arranged time. Use code "LOCALPICKUP"  at checkout.

 At this time we do not ship outside of Australia. Please contact us directly if you wish to purchase outside Australia and we can get you a shipping quote.

 We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

 In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@elisegowdesigns.com.au  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

 We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
